Apotheke the medicine you need...

Post from wednesday, sorry something wrong with the server so thats why belated

Aphotheke gives you the medicine you need…

End of last week and the weekend was really good. Went to Apollo theatre in Harlem and saw a very funny show. Really everybody can perform there no casting nothing and if the audience like the performance they can watch it until it ends and if they don’t like it they just scream and boooo and the performer is kicked of the stage. Was kind of funny especially the atmosphere and everything but saw some very weird shows. Wednesday supposed to go tavern on the green but we did not really want to go so spent some time at Columbus circle at a huge fountain. Sat there nice and quiet until the quiet was disturbed by a weirdo who thought he needs to take a bath in the fountain. Simply unbelievable. However, after that disturbing went to rooftop to enjoy some quiet.

Friday not even sure what I did after work, my brain simply does not work as well as it is normally working. This place is just so tiring and not good for the health J However, evening on Hudson terrace was really good. Clubbing later on ok but nothing special anymore.

Saturday, the whole day really enjoyable. Big walking tour round battery park and the Hudson. Best place to be to relax cause its so beautiful and quiet (really rare in the NY). Evening best cocktail place in town Apotheke in China town, not even recognizable from the outside expect of the bouncers at the door – definitely best cocktails in town.

Sunday brunch at the friends house, the house that is always displayed in the friends series. Came a bit early and saw a great photoshooting outside. The model was scary thin but the clothes looked awesome. Then ate original American pancakes in a wonderful athmosphere and good coffe, delicious… After that went to a museum ant know now why I usually don’t go however was rewarded as very surprisingly it turned out that the building is the school in gossip girl. From there went to a great Mexican restaurant with frozen margarita for $3 and one was enough to be drunken hahaha so the following walk through battery park was much more fun than it is usually and we had a great time ending the day with some wine on the rooftop of my building…

So a great weekend ended and this week supposed to be much going on. Tomorrow Yankees Baseball then Thursday going out and already time for the next great weekend.

By the way Blake Lively alias serena had dinner in one of my favorite restaurants in meatpacking but of course I was not there and the others met Britney Spears this city is full of celebs….

You know you miss me….

a weekend between extremes...

Tourist weekend started (visit from Germany made me finally do some Tourist stuff hahaha)
Thursday evening, obligatory walk on Brooklyn Bridge and all along Battery Park. Friday spending endless amount of money to get medicine and fight the allergy that unfortunately came back just an hour ago… Anyway, after walking down fifth avenue all way to Victoria secrets flagship store, we joined a birthday dinner in a very fancy restaurant and partied in greenhouse a long night long.

After too less sleep showed her along Broadway and to the Modo store ending up having birthday cake with a bunch of Americans in the middle of central park. Then taking a long hour on the Rockefeller Centre heading back home to get ready for another night out starting in lower eastside (what I actually hate) ending up doing nothing really worth mentioning…
Sunday, after breakfast at seaport, taking the ferry to staten island, to get the best view on statue of liberty, we went to wall street and watched film shoot not too sure what it was about, yet looked entirely good. Then took a tour round my favourite places: Meatpacking, Chelsea Market, High line, walked along Hudson up to flat iron and on the rooftop 230 5th finishing with a good cocktail and Brazilian music at time square. Saw the news centre live broadcast and a show of Robin Thicke along with hundreds of screaming fans… So much crazy things happen just while walking through the street… actually a good day

Yesterday, after long tired day at work, went to Hoboken park to meet friends and enjoy the great manhatten view, afterwards spending a good time at their house. Amazing place definitely go back there…

So now recovering from a long weekend walking 10000000000000 miles and sleeping 0 hours, looking forward to the rest of the week with Apollo theatre, Thompson hotel bar and griffin today. Tavern on the Green at central park for after work on Thursday and then finally weekend relaxing, recovering, shopping, partying… whatever just as normal as ny can be…

U know u miss me…. xoxo

And as i promised I am back straight away the recovery of the weekend!!!

Unfortunately did not end up in marquee on Thursday night. toooooooooooo tired so just went to battery park where i will go again and again as long i am here for sure. The most relaxing place after working ever.

Left work kind of early friday and enjoyed hoboken park area at hudson river what i did saturday again together with Dana as my plan to go to the beach was crossed by a long night out on Friday. after bar hopping in lower eastside (what i do not like at all i realized) went to really posh club, nikki beach, where i will go defo again!!!

Saturday, my plans slightly changed after locking myself out of my appartment. nothing new, however, a doorman makes locking out very easy and it was not a big deal. Then was too late to go to coney island so Dana and me went sun bathing, I finished a presentation for work and we met her later on again for a long long long night. 5 different locations in one night is the record I guess:
Thompson hotel bar – kind of ok
Secret location, password party – had to say a secret password to a stranger who then brought you to the location, this time it was a construction area, great DJ but weird people so did not stay too long – very exciting
Pink elephant – was really really packed and great music
From there to avenue the second hardest club to get into in NY and now know exactly why, as it is a very very very exclusive spot need to go there again very soon – cool place
After hour in greenhouse the only club who is open after four – packed with great music but strange people
All in all a crazy night with almost no sleep, demanding for a relaxing Sunday in a German museum with, very important to mention, delicious coffee (hardly anywhere found in the US) and a nice walk in central park.

Work today was surprisingly good. Was sent to one Derek Lams office. Very cool place and was great to see how the office of a famous designer looks like and operates. Was really impressed. And now I defo leave to spent an evening in battery park juhuuuuuuuu

You know you miss me,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Oh my god…… post from last Wednesday forgot to go online last week…

I do not even know where to start the last weeks where just crazy… worked so hard and so many things happened… but now it seems like everything is starting to get normal again and even work slows down… perfect time to get some gossip going. Actually, I almost died a second ago when I had a quick chat with our designer and the head of marketing about our brand licenses with celebrities and fashion designers. Justin Timberlake and Beyonce asked if we would do frames for them…
Life here is still amazing, apart from Sundays J. Work hard party hard. I tried to not shop too much so just ended up with two pair of shoes and shirt this week hahahaha u see it works perfect. Nevertheless, as the new collection for fall winter is now in stores I try to save from now on and do a big shopping weekend before going home. Guess might need to buy additional suitcases or throw some stuff away, as too many suitcases are defo not within the luggage regulations J
Last weekend was one of the bests since I am here. Jojos goodbye party was great and was really hard seeing him leave after an amazing month together. But still had loads of fun Saturday afternoon. Went to my favourite area, the meatpacking district for drinks. Accidently ended up in Chelsea market, really cool need to take pics as soon as my camera works again or I got a new one (again). After that went to a “park” next to Hudson river ein stillgelegtes hochbahn gleis (no way I can say this in englisch) what was amazing nice stunning…. And basically wanted to do nothing the evening but ended up in water taxi beach and meatpacking to go clubbing again… what a surprise. After a great Friday, great Saturday, Sunday was even better. After meeting friends for dinner, went to battery park (so beautiful directly at the river with view on Brooklyn bridge, statue of liberty and all of jersey city, always reminds me of the sea and Italy) what is roughly ten minutes away from my place and from now on my new running track for sure next to the river… than as I was bored and not to tired went to coldplay concert intentionally just to listen from the outside. As no one asked me for a ticket I of course did not hesitate and went in, best concert I have been in a long time. Check out youtube clips, “coldplay all point west festival”.
Last days were really good as well. Work going out, work going shopping, work going to open air cinema, work and going possible to marquee tonight for I am in Miami bitch performing there J we will see..

Guess that is kind of a over information flow and hope it makes up for the last weeks…

U know u missed me soooooooooooooooooo much and I am back from now on don’t worry!!!

I got a feeling

that tonight's gonna be a good night....

oh yes defintely like every night in NY. The week was great and the start of the weekend as well...

gossip girl shoot ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, scott (our designer, i simply love him, so much fun this guy) came back from lunch and half an hour later "by the way they shoot gossip girl downstairs". kaelyn and me both super excited... what are u talking about? couldnt he not have told us earlier? left the office straight away. kaelyn even changed her heels for flats, so that we could walk faster (she is so great, amazing personality!!!) and then saw vanessa and dan while buying something in FACE STOCKHOLM and doing one scene outside. The great thing was, apart from seeing the shoot, that i actually met the guy who played in the background then in the evening on a nice and long after work session in one of the great rooftop bars. Was really cool and the guy so handsome ahhhhhhhhhh.... Went out all week from Tuesday on... however work is so great and enjoyable that I do not even recognize how fast the time is passing...

yesterday clubbing was an awesome night as always.... and now i really really need to get ready for hotel gansevoort and pink elephant.............................

u know u miss me....

time for some gossip i guess....

after a long long awesome weekend its time for some long long stories however still thinking about the best way to picture last weekends events in as less words as possible as i do not have the time to explain in detail.... works quite busy and do not want to run too many overhours already on Monday...

ok starting Friday after a long party night in kiss and fly we acutally hung out on the rooftop and I met friend for coffee next to stunning world financial centre.... after important visit from germany arrived we totally unexpectedly cooked for the first time ever since being here... yet was great fun and clubbing in greenhouse was an experience on its own... russian body paint models electro combined with some life acts was great show.... no idea when the night ended but was amazing...

saturday after too less sleep went to the rooftop terrace with the intention to spend a quiet mornign chilling in the sun, yet, was unexpectedly surprised by a photoshoot... whoever?whatever it was it looked really good :-)))))

after sunbathing, went to poolparty in gansevoort again (guess will be the way to spend saturday afternoons from now on if not going to the beach). And dont get the word poolparty wrong... it is not about the pool it is about seeing and beeing seen, spending an awful lot of money randomly on alcohol (e.g. a bottle vodka at $ 614 and of course not i spend the money but the people who go there) and just enjoying the afternoon with a great view over NY and everything around that. Was great time unbelievably good music, great people (actually went for dinner with oliver an english male model who looks like he just jumped out of an ad... kind of interesting experience) and watched the 4th of July fireworks from this rooftop... right exactly over hudson river... big show....

after so much party in the last days spent saturday evening not at a club but at the river just enjoying the view on NY skyline....

Sunday then still tired and just relaxed all day long with 30 degrees on a nice spot next to hudson river, picknicking, talking, sleeping and actually was in bed at 11pm, very early for gossip girl but the week will be long and i need to be awake to check out some more intersseting things in NY e.g. Moma gardens think evlt tomorrow and open air cinema on wednesday or whatever....

we will see and so far u know u miss me

XOXO
